Knob Extender for Bernina Embroidery Hoops (Hoop NOT included)

This Knob Extender slides onto the knurled knob on the Bernina Large Oval, Medium, and Mega Embroidery Hoops and extends it out and makes it larger to allow for an easier grip. It DOES NOT fit onto the Small Embroidery Hoop as that design does not provide space for the extender. It is designed to fit closely to the shape of the original knob and is sized to slide on and off easily, but can be installed semi-permanently by pushing it hard onto the original knob.

This knob extender is primarily useful to loosen a knob that has gotten too tight. Care should be taken to not overtighten the knob as it is easy to do with the extra leverage provided by the extender. Overtightening can damage the hoop or strip the threads. The knob extender is available in 24 covers.

The available colors are shown using Knob and Bobbin Winder protectors as examples, but the protectors are NOT included with this product, although they are available for purchase in other listings in my Shop.

All of the parts in my shop are designed by me using CAD software and made to order in wide variety of colors using my own 3D printer. 3D printed parts may have lines or other visible surface features which are not defects, but are a normal part of the 3D printing process.
